Big Apple Bagels – Dubuque, IA

Today was my third or fourth visit at BAB. I absolutely think the food is beyond delicious and the drinks are very good. It always seems to be busy inside whenever I come around, so they must be doing something right.

As much as I am satisfied with the food, I must admit the service is kind of on the 50/50 scale. Don’t get me wrong, all the girls are nice and attentive. But when it comes to product knowledge (pricing, name’s of bagels or other things) they really don’t know..,well any of it.

I’m kind of thrown off that whenever I asked about a price of the dog bone or the muffins I got a “I don’t know” and she just trailed off and left me standing there. If she was walking away to ask about the prices, she never did come back. Thanks for leaving me ignored. I’m not even sure if its worth going back for.
