Kennedy Mall – Dubuque, Iowa

This mall is a 0. I unfortunately had to make a trip to Hallmark in the mall today and while walking toward my location, I couldn’t help and take in all that is Kennedy Mall now. I couldn’t help but reminisce when I was younger and what the mall was then. Such a ghost town now. All that’s left is over priced stores that offer nothing above XL. And the lonely sign that reads “FOOD COURT” was sort of reminder of what was. There is absolutely no food court. What mall has NO food court? There are more dark and closed spaces then there are open. And the few that are open are RENTING for the season. I think the only thing keeping this “mall” afloat is Victoria’s Secret & Bath & Body Works. Incredibly sad. Just put it out of it’s misery, and start anew.
