Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream – Maquoketa, IA

The first clue should have been the deserted location with no car in sight and inside was one woman with kids and they shortly left. The appetizer was really crappy didn’t even taste like “pizza sticks”. Just dough. The sauerkraut pizza was okay, lacked flavor and spices. Hubby said his pasta was on the brink, but the meatballs were delicious enough for the entire dish, so. I wouldn’t ever recommend going to this location, there’s better out there. The service was completely lacking of service. I’m so sad we spent over thirty dollars for this.
