By Aida In Restaurant Reviews December 14, 2019 0 Panda Express – Cedar Rapids, IA Really good for what it is, i suppose. Very fast, very clean, very nice. Food was really dry though an the water cups are smaller than a child’s sippy cup. Needs more space.
