Dollar General – JFK Circle- Dubuque, Iowa

My only complaint is the mess throughout the store. Each isle is filled with someone that doesn’t belong. If you go by the shoes thru the toilet paper isle, good luck. BOX after box. The balloon and party favors isle is the worst. BUT Ms. Cathy is such a vibrant, wondering employee and the rest of the team is always pleasant, kind, and around.
