Hartig Drug #3 – Dubuque, Iowa

I feel as though, this place is a lower run of Walgreens. Totally over priced on almost all things, service is rude, and the customers are even more irritating. The only thing I like about this location is the postal service. The group in that part of the “store” are so sweet and patient. Only time I ever come in this wreck. But I can’t lie though, the decor of the building inside is wonderful! They really do have some lovely items if you wouldn’t mind selling a kidney for a piece of paper that has a neat quote on it.
