5 Guys and a Burger – Dubuque, IA

I’m a returning customer.

Today was horrible…well everything. The minute I walked in, I should have turned around. We were greeted with the loudest, unnecessary “hello”. But at least he was kind enough to greet us. We ordered and took a seat. When I got my sandwich (Veggie) I should have just…anyway.

I told the man at the register four times (literally, that’s how many times he asked ) that I did not want lettuce and the peppers. On my sandwich? Peppers. Okay fine, I can handle it. I could have if the sandwich wasn’t plain gross. Absolutely no taste..none. I was so hungry I decided to just try adding that vinegar thing they have there….I’m not sure if that made it worse, or what.

I ended up leaving the restaurant hungry. He refunded the amount and didn’t even ask if he could get me anything else…I came for lunch, of course I’m hungry. So, Chick Fil -A it was :(. Ugh.
