Northside Liquor – Dubuque, Iowa

Such a pleasant place to go in! So colorful and beautifully decorated..very clean and very organized, and the smell is SO DELICIOUS and of course the prices are wonderful! Someone is ALWAYS present and very kind. I will defiantly be back! The inside of this small store is filled with lights of all colors, so smelly good and so energized.
